Is it possible for someone to rise above his or her birth chart ?

Birth chart reflects the position of the Planets in the Horoscope for a particular time with an Ascendant and Moon sign through which an Astrologer can predict the Native.The fate, future or destiny are not only always guided by the Planets , but some factors that control our life beyond the explanation of an Astrologer.That’s why an Astrologer is simple a Human beings unable to justify everything happening in the creature.
I am lucky to study few charts that looks very simple apparently with very common positions of planets with average strength but the native reach in a upper position in life.Place of birth ( not the geographical location)I.e. environment or family background is one of the most important factor that may differ one from other inspire of having birth with same time ( having same Planetary positions in Horoscope with same DASHA at the time of birth).Somebody may defined it as an environmental factor.But who do guide the birth in famous family?Is it the destiny ? Or the effects of KARMA of previous life that has been described in Hindu SASHTRA in different form?
Favorism of PLACE OF BIRTH means not always having birth in a famous or well know family, it may be a simple and ordinary family with high SANSKAR (Reformation or Sacrament )of the PARENTS leads to birth of a child who become one of the great figure in our society that Swami Vivekananda described as the Accension of the common people through the religious upliftment, also narrated in Indian Vedic Astrology.
